OEM Partnerships

OEMs, like Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop Grumman and Sikorsky come to Kitco Defense to improve their bottom line by licensing parts or assemblies in their legacy product portfolio. These firms have discovered that Kitco Defense is a great partner. For example, our relationship with Boeing and Northrop Grumman licensing programs began in the early 90s. These programs are very successful and continue to be supported today. The OEMs benefit by Kitco Defense taking responsibility for supporting OEM requirements on Legacy aircraft licensed products. The OEMS also benefit by revenue going straight to the “bottom line”.

· The Boeing A-4/F-4 license supports DLA and foreign military requirements with OEM new manufactured components as well as Boeing engineering assistance as required.

· The Northrop Grumman F-5/T-38 license supported OEM new manufactured components back to the OEM for their direct sale to the customer. This license has now migrated to a preferred supplier status.
